As every year, Gaviota and her mother arrive at the coffee farm, Casablanca, to pick up the coffee of the second harvest of the year, but this October they hope that it will be the last one, because from now on, they will own their own land. However, fate has other plans. Octavio Vallejo, the owner of the coffee farm, the same man whom she saved from an alleged kidnapping, the same one who promised her as a reward to give her a hectare of land so she could grow her own coffee, has just passed away! At the patriarch's funeral, Gaviota meets Sebastian, Octavios son, who lives abroad.
From the first glance, an uncontainable attraction is born between them, a love of those that are no longer seen, heattbteaking, passionate, impossible. They are two people that belong to different worlds, he moves among the New York elites, she among the coffee plantations, but even though it seems that they have nothing to do with each other, both taste the same coffee.

When he realizes that the bond that binds him to Gaviota is stronger than he imagined, he will have the hardest test to recover Gaviota's love and to be able to live close to his son.
